Mayflower Townhouse Cooperative is a smart, economical choice in housing. Unlike your typical apartment complex, Mayflower offers its members co-ownership of the property, which means you earn equity on your unit the longer you live in it. No more throwing away money to landlords or paying for expensive upkeep!
We invite you to explore all we have to offer here on our website; however, if you get the chance, come visit us in person and we’d be happy to give you a tour.
Living In A Co-Op
A housing cooperative is a legal corporation. Members of the cooperative live in and run the cooperative community. The cooperative owns the land, the buildings, and any common areas. Members buy shares in the cooperative entitling them to live in a specific unit.
You can browse our Floor Plans where you will find living arrangements that can fit just about any person or family.
If you would like to apply for membership, refer to our sample Co-Op Membership Application and reach out to the office for more information.
